Each 3 hour session consists of:
- Targeting of specific strokes (listed below)
- Individualized stroke assessment including underwater & above water video analysis.
- On deck corrective feedback accompanied by drills specific to correction of stroke mechanics.

- 2 hour individual consultation w/Tone as he analyzes your stroke mechanics from your DVD
Also included with the clinic fee:
Each swimmer will receive a NSSC t-shirt and personalized DVD with analysis of their stroke mechanic from the class.
